Lot of three original vintageEastman Kodak photographic exposure calculator dials.
Includes:
- Kodak Snapshot / Flash Dialwith original paper sleeve. A rotating exposure calculator for Kodachrome, Verichrome, Plus-X and other films.
- Kodak Movie Dialfor Kodachrome movie film, including daylight and indoor exposure settings.
These ingenious pocket-size calculators allowed photographers to select lens openings and exposure settings based on film type, lighting conditions, subject, shutter speed, flash distance and other variables.
Both retain their movable circular calculator components. The Movie Dial shows noticeable surface/scuff wear, particularly near the upper left area. The plastic coating is peeling off. The Snapshot/Flash Dial is particularly colorful and attractive, and retains its original sleeve. Overall condition is consistent with vintage use and storage.
