Vintage Lionel No. 1655 O-gauge 2-4-2 steam locomotive, manufactured during the early postwar period around 1948–1949.
This is a substantial, very heavy die-cast metal locomotive with black finish, silver-colored side rods, wire handrails and cab number 1655. A classic early postwar Lionel engine suitable for restoration, parts or vintage train display.

This locomotive came from an estate and has not been tested. No representation is made regarding the motor, wiring, E-unit, headlight or ability to operate.
The exterior shows paint loss, scratches, scuffs, dust, grime, oxidation and other wear consistent with age and previous use. The locomotive may have missing, damaged, repaired or replaced components that have not been identified. It has not been disassembled or internally inspected.
The original tender is not included. No box, track, transformer, paperwork or additional train components are included.
