This is a vintage Mid Century Modern wristwatch dating to circa 1960. This is beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. It was made by Longines\' associate company Wittnauer. This has been professionally cleaned and checked. The movement has been fully serviced. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The date advances as it should. The case is 10k gold filled and it is about 34mm wide not including the crown. It is about 38mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement isa high qualitySwiss made Wittnauer caliber C11WS hand winder and it has17 jewels.The band is a new genuine leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 9 1/2 inches. This uses an 18mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear. The original, untouched dial is very nice and is depicted accurately in the pictures.Please see my other listings...I am always listing rare watches and chronographs.
