Offered for sale is an original Mettler Feinwaage Swiss analytical laboratory balance, manufactured in 1960, housed in its original wooden and glass cabinet.
Mettler laboratory balances were among the finest precision scientific instruments of their time and remain highly sought after today by collectors of scientific instruments, laboratories, and technical antiques.
This balance is in beautiful vintage condition. The wooden cabinet, glass panels, and precision mechanical components have all been very well preserved.

The balance still carries its original Budapesti Kénsavgyár (Budapest Sulphuric Acid Factory) inventory plate, adding an interesting piece of industrial history and provenance.
