This piece was masterfully handcrafted in Mexico (Hecho en México) and features a solid brass frame with classic clear glass geometric panels. It retains its rare original scalloped daisy-shaped brass ceiling canopy plate, matching the fixture’s overall design perfectly.
Authenticity & Safety:Unlike many imported folk art lanterns, this specific fixture features its original vintage Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed safety sticker (Issue No. 877180), certifying it as an Incandescent Fixture suitable for dry locations. It also retains its distinct "Hecho en Mexico" eagle emblem sticker on the glass and a stamped "Made in Mexico" imprint on the canopy plate.
