Vintage Signed CrownTrifari Sterling "Alfred Philippe" Red Parure--Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings. This is a rare and truly spectacular set, fashioned of ruby red stones and accented by smaller rhinestones. It was made in the 1940's by Alfred Philippe for Trifari. I have owned it for several years, but I have never actually worn it and have kept it safely stored away in a box. The necklace measures approximately 15 3/4" in length by 3/4" in width and bears the Crown Trifari mark on the back. The matching bracelet measures approximately 7 1/2" in length by 3/4" in width and is also signed on the back. The matching clip earrings measure approximately 7/8" in diameter and are signed on the back as well. All of the red stones appear to be original; some of the smaller rhinestones may have been replaced over the years. Still, this is a beautiful and substantial parure, in very good to excellent vintage condition.
