This continuous extra-long strand features the iconic heavy glass baroque beads that Miriam Haskell is famous for. Because of its incredible 60-inch length, this versatile piece can be worn long or easily wrapped two or three times for a layered multi-strand look. It features the authentic, crisp oval \"Miriam Haskell\" metal signature tag near the clasp.
Detailed Condition Report:
• Baroque Pearls: Excellent to near-mint. The pearlescent nacre coating on these glass beads is exceptionally beautiful and fully intact. There is absolutely no peeling, flaking, or scratching, which is very rare for Haskell pearls of this age. They retain a gorgeous, deep, radiant luster.
• Signage Tag & Clasp: The oval signature tag is highly legible with crisp lettering. Both the tag and the spring ring clasp retain their original gold-tone plating, which has aged into a beautiful, authentic rich antique bronze patina.
• Metal Spacers: There is dark, natural vintage oxidation (verdigris) present on the tiny metallic spacer rings between the pearls. This is completely normal and expected for authentic mid-century Haskell jewelry. Crucially, this oxidation is stable and has not stained or bled onto the cream finish of the pearls.
