Vintage & Antique Jewelry | Estate Pieces | Collectible Heirlooms Measurements: Ring Size 6 (approx.) Weight: 13.4 grams Hallmarks / Signature: Stamped "Sterling" (Script style mark)
This striking 1970s Native American Navajo statement ring showcases classic Southwestern artisan silverwork. At its center sits a polished cabochon of smooth black onyx, securely held within a traditional saw-tooth bezel setting. The stone is flanked by beautifully hand-detailed leaf motifs, accent silver rain beads, and framed by a split-shank band construction. The interior bears the classic flowing script "Sterling" hallmark typical of mid-to-late 1970s Southwestern jewelry production. A substantial, character-filled vintage heirloom piece.
Very good vintage condition with rich, heavy tarnish and natural age patina throughout. There is a small metal spur protruding slightly from the front silver frame above the stone setting—it feels slightly sharp to the touch upon close inspection, but does not interfere with or cause discomfort during wear. Stone is firm in its setting. Please review all high-resolution photographs for full details on condition.
