**Defects & Heavy Wear Disclosures (Please Review Photos Carefully):**- **Missing Roof Gables:** The small, triangular plastic side panels that snap on to close the left and right ends of the attic roof line are entirely missing.- **Stained Carpet:** The original factory paper carpet lining on the lower living room floor has a dark, prominent liquid stain.- **Wrinkled Wallpaper:** Sections of the original interior paper wallpaper accents have wrinkled, bubbled, or lifted slightly from the walls over time. Some wear and abrasion on walls. Wear on floors.- **Box Condition:** The original retail box is included but is in heavily worn condition. A previous owner has written "FREE" in large black marker on the outer cardboard, and the box features old tape residue, scuffs, and heavy edge wear from decades of storage.
**Shipping Note:**The dollhouse panels will be carefully disassembled to pack completely flat inside the original retail box.
