Requires only sunlight to power the red dot. “No batteries” it goes to show that we really don’t need all the electronics that come our way. Comes with mounting base attached but no screws for base (which should be 6-48). Does require drilling for install. I believe this Item to be “new/unused” without original box. Just an amazing time capsule from way back in the day. Appears to have been removed from Original box and got separated somewhere along the way. Has some very minor scuffing from being jostled around but otherwise is in amazing condition. Thanks for your interest.
