This is not new. There are scratches on plexiglass and there is where I believe is Pine pitch and that has scraped off some with a soft object but I have not removed all of it. I cleaned it some, but it needs more cleaning and I will leave it up to the buyer. Please use pictures to help determine condition and measurements
