Fabulous vintage 1960s/1970s Howards Johnson\'s Waitress Uniform!
In 1965 Howard Brennan Johnson commissioned the House of Dior to create four designs for a new waitress uniform. A nationwide contest was held choose a new uniform, and thousands of “Johnson Girls” competed to win a tour of Paris.

Fabulous teal houndstooth pattern on body, trimmed in solid teal bonding on collar, sleeves and under HOJO emblem. Hidden snaps under center seam down the front of the uniform. Comes with original matching white apron trimmed in teal. Feels like a poly/cotton blend but there is no content tag to confirm. Tagged vintage Medium and seems true to size. Please go by the exact measurements for the best fit.
