Good played-with vintage condition. This set is near complete - just missing some of the original little people. There is an extra ambulance as well as an extra wheelchair. This set has the hard-to-find screen, but it looks like the corners of the screen may have been chewed a bit - see pictures for close-up. The lithos have bubbling. The mattresses have worn off the beds as is typical for these. Clean and smoke free.
