This eye-catching tureen features a gorgeous, rich turquoise-green background densely decorated with intricate gold scrolling foliage. It is adorned with highly auspicious traditional Chinese motifs:
- Pink Bats (Fu): Symbolizing good fortune and blessings.
- Red Shou Characters: Symbolizing long life and longevity.
- Lotus Blooms: Representing purity and harmony.
- Animal-Style Side Handles: The molded handles on either side mimic traditional Chinese lion or mythical creature masks, finished in a distinctive reddish-brown iron glaze.
