Impressive vintage ethnographic archery collection from Papua New Guinea, consisting of one traditional bow and 14 individually handcrafted arrows.
The 14 arrows feature an interesting variety of long carved points, including several elaborate barbed and figural designs. Many have bamboo/cane shafts with beautifully executed woven fiber bindings connecting the shafts and points.

Condition
Vintage pre-owned condition with substantial age/use-related character. Expect surface wear, discoloration, patina, scratches, scuffs, darkening, staining and natural variations to the bamboo/cane and wooden components.
Some points and bindings exhibit wear, losses, irregularities or possible old damage. Several tips are extremely narrow and delicate. Bow and string also show age-related wear. String of bow does not connect on both ends as-is.
This collection has not been tested for use and is being sold strictly as a vintage ethnographic/collectible display collection.
