The Next Steps:
Upon successful payment of listed price:
● Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and contact information for the Guest. The reservation will be placed in that name on the day of arrival.
● A payment confirmation email will be sent immediately after the payment is made. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, before contacting us. This reservation can be confirmed on the day of arrival. A Guest Certificate is NOT sent out via email, the UPS or USPS by mail.
● The reservation can only be in one person’s name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
