Up for saleis aFord 302 Motor!We have looked closely and inspected the motor. We were informed that the motor was made in 1971, making this a highly sought after motor. Please look at the motors and assess the year of manufacturer as we are not experts in this area.
The motor was selected out of 30 at the school by the instructor as being in the best condition of the school\'s training collection. The motor turns over and was rebuilt in a technical school under the auspices of the instructors at a college. On masking tape on the engine was a small note that says, \"Runs\". The motor was found exactly as shown at the college. Please note while the school tested the motor, I have not tested it and have no way of testing or opening the motor and inspecting all of the parts. This motor is priced to sell and it is being untested, sold as-is, where is. Please offer accordingly and thank you. Although the motor has been rebuilt more than once, we recommend that the bearings be replaced and the gaskets redone as this would be a simple step to do prior to installation (To perform quality assurance and freshen up the motor before installation.)These motors were used extensively in vehicles such as the Ford Fairlane and Torinos and Gran Torinos, Broncos, Trucks and many more products. Today, they are placed into a wide variety of vehicles such as Jeeps and other off road vehicles. They are also enhanced to increase horsepower and output and used in racing and every day driving.
