Hoshizaki KM-301BAK Description
The Hoshizaki KM-301BAK undercounter ice maker produces crescent cubes, which are harder than traditional half-dice ice and melt more slowly. The maker’s CycleSaver™ stainless steel evaporator forms ice on both sides, doubling its life and rate of production. Because it is air cooled, the unit is cheaper and easier to set up than a water-cooled system. This unit is front breathing, so operators can fit it beneath the counter without providing extra space for airflow. Its stainless steel exterior supplies resilience throughout the daily wear and tear of a kitchen or bar. As much as 100 pounds of ice can be stored in the bin until it is accessed through the front\'s ADA-compliant opening.
