This is a brand-new, unused fountain pen. It comes with an ink sac that has never been used, though the ink inside has dried out.
There is company engraving on the barrel. Otherwise, there are almost no marks.
The only exception is very faint marks at the junction between the grip section and barrel, as shown in the last photo.
