~Pair Jennings Brothers Vintage MCM Solid Brass Sailfish Bookends~ :
$60.00
Sailfish bookends are the quintessential example of mid-century modern nautical decor. These pieces were popular in the mid-20th century for their dynamic, stylized representation of marine life. The craftsmanship highlights the contrast between the polished brass fish and the aged, patinated bronze-tone wave bases. Collectors prize these items for their decorative versatility, fitting well into both coastal themed interiors and mid-century eclectic collectors.
They are heavy and solid construction. Finding a matching pair is good condition with original patina is increasingly sought after.
