This climate control comes with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your purchase record which we will send with your item. - 6 month warranty on the controller functions
- 1 year warranty on night time illumination. If any backlighting goes out in this time , email us through , send the unit in with a copy of your purchase record and we will fix the illumination and send the unit back promptly.
- OPTIONAL CORE RETURN: The $50 shipping charge will be refunded once you return you core with the prepaid label we will send with your order. This is optional and you are not obligated to send your core back but the shipping will not be refunded.
