back again with another round of ported and polished intake plenums for 2005-2011 dbw panther platforms. a little background about myself. I work in the performance industry building engines and transmissions for high end track cars. I have been building engines, transmissions and porting and polishing cylinder heads for nearly a decade. the money I make off of these is going straight back into my race car. last round of these I sold helped fund my manual swap. this round I need me some boost lol. help a fellow racer and panther enthusiast out.
THE PRODUCT
all plenums have been extensively hogged out and reworked. the have all been opened up to roughly 75mm at the opening. the absolute maximum it can be opened up to while still utilizing a modified factory gasket. the biggest change from last time is that I have now created a flow bench specifically designed to test these plenums. with every plenum you will now get a tag on it that will read the exact cfm and flow rate for a stock plenum and your specific plenum. every flow bench reads a little different. just like every dyno reads a little different. so the exact numbers aren't as important. it's how drastic the change between the control plenum and the ported plenum. some of these plenums have an increase in flow over stock of 1000cfm and 3 m/s. that means these plenums are flowing way more air at a much higher speed.there will be technically 2 different options of these plenums that you can get.

the first option you can get is strictly for my circle track guys. these plenums will appear on the outside to be %100 a untouched factory plenum. want to get the upper hand on the competition and be a little sneaky about it? message me SNEAKY. for one of these plenums.
second option is the MAX EFFORT
all max efforts come powder coated in a gloss black.
the max efforts are going to flow more than the sneaks. the max effort plenums when porting them I often end up poking through on the short term radius. when that happens I have already created a bunch of extra work for myself so I take them to the max. removing as much material as possible for maximum flow. after I am completely done reshaping the short turn radius on the plenums. I then tig weld the holes shut. clean it up again and vacuum and pressure test the plenums to ensure there are no leaks. unfortunately the welds do not always look the prettiest close up but once they get powder coated you can barely see them. welding 20 year old sand casted aluminum can be a pain.

these plenums may not be the cheapest. but I can almost guarantee they will perform the best.
