Over 10 fresh kaffir lime leaves, enough for a few meals to see if you like it. (The photo only shows 6 leaves, but I\'ll send over 10 leaves.) The day I receive the order, I\'ll cut leaves, put in a regular mail envelope and a stamp and mail it off. You should receive them a bit wilted, maybe even a bit crispy on the edges if mail is slow, but still fresh and delicious for cooking.
Kaffir Lime Leaves, (Citrus Hystrix, aka Makrut or Thai Lime) can be dried or frozen for later use.
When cooked, Kaffir lime leaves are intensely fragrant, and are an essential ingredient in Thai cuisine. Often used in Indonesian and Cambodian recipes. They have a citrusy, zesty flavor that is more aromatic than bay or curry leaves.
My leaves are organically home-grown in Pennsylvania, USA.
You\'ll receive a small envelope with a paper envelope inside with the leaves. They go regular USPS envelopes with no tracking. Just a small sample at a low cost. If you don\'t get them within 10 days, let me know and I\'ll mail out another.
