Although not a rare overated die pair, any bust quarter in and of itself is considered extremely scarce. Both Browning-1 and 3 are considered the same pairings, at different states of the die. Diagnostics include 2 moderately heavy clash marks from the banner on the reverse, one which connects the tops of the date digits, and the second which connects the left to the right side of the area right below the bust. The reverse has several visible clash marks and die cracks.
