Up for sale is a beautiful antique pairing: a 1901 copyright edition of "Easy Steps for Little Feet for Our Young Christian Endeavorers" along with a vintage, early 1900s die-cut Christmas greeting card found tucked inside its pages.
The Book:
Edited by Lida Brooks Miller and Annie R. White (Copyright by L. G. Stahl, 1901). Features vibrant full-color stone lithographs and a wonderful piece of genealogy/social history inscribed on the flyleaf: "Helen Stucky, Nevada, Ohio 1902 - From Mamma to Helen."
The Christmas Card:
An authentic, period-correct die-cut holiday booklet featuring an embossed holly design, an ornate gold foil Santa Claus sticker/seal on the front, and a beautifully printed poem inside ("My Greeting / Thine be all Christmas joys...").
Condition Notes:
The book's spine is heavily worn and frayed with splitting along the cloth hinges. The text block and color plates are complete and securely attached. The loose Christmas card shows mild edge wear and light age-toning but remains in lovely display condition with clean interior text.
