Classic horizontal striping Zebrawood is famous for. Standard heel with mainspring relief. Milled with ambisafety. Nice upgrade set. Crafted with precision and pride in the Pacific Northwest!Sometimes called zebrano, the wood is strong and stiff, with a fairly high density. However, the wood is much more frequently used for its bold and unique striping. The species name, brazzavillensis, is named after Brazzaville, the capital city of the Republic of the Congo. Incredibly hard to work; if not for the unique patterning this would never be milled! Finished to 3000+ grit then sealed with resin modified tung oil.
