Elgin National Watch Co 12s Pocket Watch Movement. The serial number is 16692841 and if you look this up in sources including pocket watch database, this shows its estimated year of production is 1912.
The movement itself is in great physical condition. The watch dial has one very small hairline cracks in the enamel at 7 o’clock. There is very minor wear as should be expected with a watch that is 114 years old. The watch winds up and runs. When set on its back it is intermittent running so likely needs to be cleaned or there is an issue with one of the jewels. While on its face, it runs fine. No additional testing has been done on the watch.
