Offering a beautiful NGC-graded MS-65 French 1 Franc silver coin. This is the nicest piece from a half roll I acquired more than 25 years ago. This coin has bright luster, turning a slight amber hue at the high, wire rims. RARE: only 590.000 were minted.These coins are difficult to find in Gem uncirculated condition. A large percentage were recalled by the government and melted because of post-WWI devaluation of the French franc.
