1930s Coat / 30s 40s Black Velvet and Fur Princess Coat / Fur Collar / 1940s. Adorable late 1930s or early 1940s winter coat. Inky black velveteen with fur collar and jabot style fur bodice. Perfect silhouette, with puffed, lightly padded shoulders, nipped waist, and princess seaming. One button at neck and one at waist to fasten, with a hidden interior waist tie inside. The fur layer on the front bodice is lined in the velveteen for added warmth, and fastens with sets of furriers hooks down center front. Fully lined in black silk satin.
