This hard to find autograph piece is signed twice by Estes Kefauver. One signature on the Time Magazine cover that has been torn from the magazine and signed again on official US Senate letter head dated October 12, 1956. The letter was stapled to the cover. The cover is in worn and tattered condition but has an address label that connects everything together with names and dates. Very scarce autograph and a nicely combined piece of memorabilia. Mr. Kefauver was the Democratic nominee for vice president of the United States of America in 1956. He defeated narrowly then Senator John F. Kennedy for the nomination.
