1975 TSR PRINT EMPIRE OF THE PETAL THRONE RPG Boxed Set - RARE Verified For Sale

Crucially, this is the VERIFIED 1975 FIRST TSR EDITION of EOTPT. As referenced in Tekumel Collecting, this is the boxed and printed version from 1975: (1) Back of 'smaller' dimension inside box is blank (2) Short panel of outside box shows TSR's new printer "PATCH PRESS, Deloit, WI 53511" (3) Inside of Rule Book last page and back cover show TSR inventory, all soft-bound book sets---TSR's advert for The Monster Manual (hardback, published in 1977) is absent (4) original higher print-quality maps. I HAVE BEEN THE SOLE OWNER OF THIS GAME SET.
NOTE: The three maps (Jakallah, Eastern Tekumel, and Western Tekumel) are in nearly unused, immaculate condition with vibrant colors and no additional creases. As a teen, I was fascinated with M.A.R. Barker's world-building and lore but was intimidated by the depth of RPS gaming mechanics. I did not create an adventure, nor did I invite friends to play EOTPT. Our inexperience means the Rule Book hasn't been annotated and the maps haven't been manhandled. This 99% complete boxed game is in superb used/stored condition (given some handling).
Unlike many of the sets sold on , which are 1977 editions, this boxed set has all the details referenced by Collecting Tekumel that establish it is a 1975 printing. It's a spectacular collector's find.
