The grail of VFR’s! The 1986-87 gear driven cammed legend that ruled the Superbike grid at the hands of Freddie Spencer and Fred Merkel. This tank is a very nice example, correct for the 700 and 750cc models. In good condition, no dents or serious scratches or rust. The bottom edge shows some paint scrapes and minor rust. The paint shows nicely with fading on one side of the Honda “wing.” The interior is solid, minor surface rust, should clean out nicely but we recommend coating with POR15 just to be safe.

Also included is an equally rare factory petcock.
