• There are a few manufacturing defects with the interior of the case on the mirror inside...if you look at the collaged pics towards the end, you will see some areas on the mirror/glass that look almost like something melted into the mirror...it\'s a manufacturing defect. ALL pieces are new and unused (cd set, handcuffs, bottle of L*ube, and of course 100% never used, the 6 S*x Toys). There is a few parts on the outer cd box that have a few scuffs, but the cd\'s have never been played. A few surface scratches and dings on the flight case on the outside(see last 5 pics for all defects).
• Will be shipped in a box, securely packed around flight case and to protect all the inner components during shipment. All inner components are securely wrapped and bubble wrap, and L*ube is in a plastic bag to prevent leaking during shipment).

• As with anything Rammstein, the quality on their items are exceptional. This truly IS their Holy Grail item...nothing compares to this unique set.
• Silver Flight Case: Is an actual metal flight-case-style box, made to resemble a rugged touring flight case. Design has a recessed flip handle (spring drop handle) that sits flush within a metal dish, and the handle snaps back into the protective metal dish after use to prevent damage to the handle during transport. Also has protective ball corners, (rounded metal corners on flight cases are there to prevent the case walls from touching the ground and to absorb shock).This case opens 2 ways....the top lid opens up and is secured with 2 heavy duty flight case latches which gives you an look inside from the top, but then once that top lid is open, there is a side panel that opens out that houses the CD, handcuffs & lube bottle. So you open the top, then carefully help guide the front panel door down to then show more of a fully open case and all components are now visible in the case. Dimensions of flight case are 24\" x 10\" x 6\". Shipping box will be very large and will weigh about 18lbs.
• The inside of the top lid is lined with Black velvet and has RAMMSTEIN in etched glass (kind of mirror-ball-like). The base of the front door when opened has heavy duty Black foam that houses the handcuffs w/key, the 2-CD Box Set of Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da (not sealed but new, never played) and a bottle of Rammstein L-u-b-e (Gleitgel), which is Black with the Rammstein logo in White on the bottle. Bottle is 4.5\" tall and 1.5\" wide. Its a 50 ML bottle and was also never used.
• Also comes with 6 Jelly Rubber S*X Toys (supposedly...life like replicas of the 6 band members). 5 are Pink and 1 is Red. All have suction cup bases. And these were NEVER USED.
• This was purchased as a collector item, and has sat in a closet, never touched since purchase. Now it\'s time for me to downsize and pass this Holy Grail set onto someone else!
• 2-CD Box Set...Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da. Comes with 2 CDs, the controversial artwork booklet, and images inside the Box set itself. CD is not sealed, but new, never played. The song Ich Tu Dir Weh is red-lined out on the CD. This was removed to comply with German law, so the song was omitted (due to theme & lyrics). The Deluxe Flight Case allows collectors access to the original/unedited or differently censored contents, making it a collector\'s item!

Yes, I have my listings shut off for returns because too many buyers take advantage and use it for buyers remorse, or using it as an excuse to not read descriptions or measurements. BUT.....IF you get something and you are truly unhappy with it, will you PLEASE contact me before leaving response. I am very reasonable, understanding and easy to work with...but I need the same courtesy from you back. Negative response should ONLY be used in cases where the seller will not communicate with you, refuses to help you with a refund or solution to making it right and/or sent you something completely falsely advertised...and I can assure you, we may have differing opinions on what I feel is excellent, good, fair, etc etc but I would NEVER do any of those things mentioned. I go above and beyond with communication, fast shipping and being as descriptive as possible along with tons of pictures. Please give me the same courtesy and respect I give to you. Anything can be worked out if BOTH parties communicate, and if something is wrong, I will never know or can offer any solution if you don\'t let me know and give me a chance to rectify. The way to tell a seller you are unhappy is NOT by leaving negative response....that should be the last resort when the seller won\'t help you, otherwise, you should always contact your seller first and give them a chance to offer solutions.
