Restocking Fee

• We understand items sometimes need to be returned for reasons beyond our control, and we have a friendly policy in place to cover the costs of restocking.
• An up to 50% restocking fee applies to items returned when the issue is not attributable to any fault on our part. This offsets the cost of processing returns, restocking inventory and rising shipping costs.
• We appreciate your understanding, and we are happy to answer any questions about this policy.

Shipping

• Most items ship the same day if ordered by 12pm CST. Processing is 1 business day for small and medium items, 2 for oversized or freight items such as hoods, door shells, engines and transmissions.
• Shipping prices apply to the continental United States. Shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR or other non-contiguous US may incur additional fees.
• International shipping is quoted separately. Please contact us for a rate.
• Freight items MUST ship to a business with a dock or forklift, otherwise liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply. Please include your business address when purchasing large freight items.
• We alternate between FedEx, USPS and UPS to pass shipping savings on to you.
• You are welcome to collect from our warehouse. Contact us for the address.

Return Policy

• All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs once the item reaches us.
• We are not liable for any labour fees associated with installing or removing parts we sell.
• Any international customs fees, import taxes or duties are the buyer\'s responsibility.
