2017 Kurt Busch Autographed Extremely Rare Chassis #17 Of 50 and Collector Items For Sale

The #17 is a significant number in Busch’s career at Daytona. While this car was acquired at Daytona during my employment at DIS prior to the 2017 Daytona 500, it is not a replica of the Daytona 500 car he drove to his only victory in the 2017 Daytona 500. It was however his 16th Daytona 500 attempt that he finally won it. It would have been his 17th Daytona 500 but he was disqualified from competing in the 2015 Daytona 500 by NASCAR after allegations from a former girlfriend that Busch had physically attacked and beat her during their relationship. Busch had already qualified his #41 to start 12th in that 2015 Daytona 500 when NASCAR imposed their disqualification of him. He was later acquitted of those allegations. So 2017 should have been his 17th Daytona 500 but fate dealt him another hand.
