The Ovention MISA-A12 MiSA® high-speed convection/microwave oven incorporates a multi-speed blower that circulates heated air for accelerated cooking and even browning. Constructed of 304 and 430 stainless steel, its 16-inch-wide by 32 4⁄5-inch-deep by 26 3⁄10-inch-high countertop frame fits fourth-size sheet pans and mounts on 4-inch adjustable legs for increased clearance. A programmable touchscreen interface stores over 1000 recipes and supports USB updates, while self-diagnostics and a smart voltage sensor monitor performance and fine-tune output based on incoming power.

Made for ventless operation, the Ovention MISA-A12 oven has an internal catalytic converter that filters grease-laden air. Its pull-down door features a cool-to-touch exterior to prevent accidental injury, and it integrates an ergonomic handle for controlled access. A removable tray and jet plate direct airflow across food surfaces, while a warming tray with a spatula paddle promotes convenient staging and handling.

Standard shipping is free to commercial locations equipped with a dock or forklift. For residential deliveries or shipments requiring lift-gate service, a small additional fee will apply (see fee schedule below).
