Note: These seeds are from our 2024 crop. We use these seeds every week to grow the skirret starts we sell, so they are definitely still viable and have high germination rates. We germinate them by placing them between two sheets of damp paper towels inside a closed plastic baggie in a warm location. They typically germinate in less than 2 weeks with this – Comes back year after year

Growing Tips:
Start seeds indoors in early spring or direct sow after the last frost. Germination can take 3-6 weeks. Transplant when seedlings are strong enough in full sun to part shade preferred. Harvest roots in late fall or winter for best flavor.
