Pair of original Megatest Q2/62 SRC FANOUT assemblies from professional semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE).
Included are TWO different revisions of the same Q2/62 SRC FANOUT hardware:
• Megatest Q2/62 SRC FANOUT – Rev H
• Megatest Q2/62 SRC FANOUT – Rev K
The Rev H assembly is extensively populated/configured and includes three windowed Intel D27C040-150V10 UV EPROMs, numerous socketed Texas Instruments 74-series TTL logic ICs, large Bendix multi-pin connectors, extensive original point-to-point wiring/interconnect hardware, numbered configuration markings and associated circuitry.
The Rev K assembly is substantially less populated and provides an unusually clear view of the underlying configurable SRC FANOUT architecture, including the large connector system, IC sockets, routing matrix and connection positions.

The Megatest Q2/62 was an early professional large-scale integrated-circuit semiconductor tester. Contemporary Megatest literature advertised Q2/62 applications for devices including Intel 8086/8088, MOS Technology 65XX, Zilog Z8000, Motorola 6805 and other complex digital ICs.
These boards are being offered together because they represent two revisions of the same identified Q2/62 SRC FANOUT subsystem and make an excellent comparison pair for semiconductor-test-equipment collectors, industrial electronics historians, restoration work or display.
No claim is made that these particular boards were used to test any specific processor or semiconductor manufacturer.
Both assemblies are untested and no attempt has been made to read the EPROM contents. Empty/unpopulated socket positions are present as pictured and are not represented as missing components.

No other example of these exact SRC FANOUT assemblies was located during research. Other genuine Megatest Q2/62 replacement boards have appeared in the specialist market, but these exact revisions are extremely difficult to find documented publicly.
