Our process includes fulldisassembly of each unit, bleaching of all internal and external parts, pistonresurfacing, seal replacement, followed by 3 volume calibration to meet orexceed manufacture’s specifications. Units <20ul are calibrated at +/-.01ul. Units >20ul at +/- .1ul. Friction rings, shafts, and micrometers arereplaced if needed. Each used pipette we sell goes thru this protocol.
