Operation Method 1. When installing the machine, only choose a flat concrete ground (the thickness of the concrete should be N 10mm).

2. The electrical control cabinet is placed next to the vibration grinder, its input is connected to the external power supply, and its output is connected to the vibration motor.

3. Determine the rotation direction of the vibration motor. Turn on the operation for 1-2 seconds, and turn off the power supply from the lower part of the motor. The vibrating motor should rotate clockwise. Otherwise, it will change the phase sequence of the power connection.

4. The cable connecting the control cabinet to the vibration motor must pass through the round hole at the lower part of the upper body and be covered with a sheath. Do not touch other parts, otherwise it will cause wire breakage and leakage accidents.

5. After the above trial run, the water drain valve should be closed, and then the grinding conditions should be determined according to the size of the processed parts, material properties, grinding purposes, and production quantities.
