Remove the A-pillar trim panel. Before disassembling, estimate the approximate position of installing the hook into the A-pillar trim panel and mark it if necessary. Install the hook into the marked position on the A-pillar trim panel. If there are ribs interfering with the inner side of the A-pillar trim panel, causing the hooks to be unable to fit in, then scissors are needed to cut off the interfering ribs. If the fit between the hook and the A-pillar trim panel is not good enough, the hook needs to be removed and bent appropriately with pointed nose pliers to match the shape of the A-pillar trim panel.

Choose a suitable installation location for the camera. The specific method is as follows: Find the most protruding position in the width direction of the vehicle body along the door gap at the front fender., After selecting the location, tear off the double-sided tape at the bottom of the camera and clean the area where the car body needs to be attached. Keep the contact line between the top surface of the camera and the body level, align the edge of the camera (the position where the wiring harness is led out) with the edge of the fender and protrude slightly by 1.0~3.0 millimeters. After aligning the position, stick the camera to the fender and press it firmly.
