•I ship orders as I receive them. I ship them as soon as I have enough to fulfill the order. Usually between 1-3 day handling time. I only ship eggs that are 1-3 days old. Please remember that silkies are very fragile birds and with that being said, small changes can throw off their laying schedule like bedding changes, weather changes, etc. If I have a delay due to another order ahead of yours or if my chickens are broody, I will message and let you know. •You will randomly receive eggs from whichever hens are laying at the moment. You could hatch black mottled, blue mottled, mauve mottled, chocolate mottled, splits, and bearded showgirls! I have my pens split. I currently have a blue split rooster and a blue mottled split to chocolate rooster over black mottled hens in one pen and 2 chocolate mottled roosters over mauve mottled, chocolate mottled, blue mottled, and split hens. Please check my other listings for other mottled pen colors. The photos in the listing are of my actual chickens from each pen for reference. •Please note you are purchasing EGGS only. You are not purchasing chicks! Ordering shipped hatching eggs is a gamble. Our current flock fertility rate is approximately 90% under normal conditions. We do not guarantee hatch or fertility due to factors beyond our control, especially shipping conditions. We package our eggs UNWASHED safely in a small box with fiberfill stuffing on the bottom of the box, the eggs are then individually wrapped in bubble wrap pointy end down, more fiberfill stuffing is added on top and the box is taped tight and then wrapped in bubble wrap. We then add that small box in an express USPS box to ensure your eggs are as safe as possible while they are in transit. After they leave my hands, I have no control over the way they are handled by USPS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Hatching eggs are a gamble and can get damaged on the way to you. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you have any issues, send me a message, and I will try my best to resolve it. Eggs are shipped USPS priority mail which means they should arrive to you in 2-4 days. ****We often include extra eggs in each order to help offset any potential shipping damage. If you would like your eggs to be held at the post office, please add this in the notes along with your phone number.
•Buyers should be aware that mottled is a project color that may result in producing odd colors, off patterns, hatching chicks with 4, 5, or 6 toes, or straight comb instead of the correct walnut comb. This occasionally happens to even the best of the best breeders due to mottled being a project color.
