Antique Macey three-stack sectional barrister bookcase, featuring the original Macey maker’s labels marked “713” and “Finish 13.”This classic early 20th-century sectional bookcase consists of three individual stacking cabinet sections plus a removable top. Each section can be easily separated, making the bookcase convenient to move, transport, and reassemble.Each cabinet features a glass-front door that lifts upward and slides back into the cabinet. All three doors open, close, and remain in place properly. The sliding mechanisms do make some squeaking during operation and may benefit from lubrication.The bookcase is in good antique condition with age-appropriate wear, including scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and other signs of use consistent with its age.
