  Important Usage Tips

  1. Practice first– Use the included nickel strip on scrap before welding your actual battery.

  2. Press firmly– No gap between tips and material. Gaps cause overheating or burn‑through.

  3. Wear goggles– Small sparks are normal with high‑power welders.

  4. Overheating– If the machine stops during heavy use, let it cool for 10 minutes. This is normal protection.

  5. Clean tips– If sparks become excessive, file the pin tips lightly.
