3. Our In-House Techs will then evaluate the unit.4. Our customer service department will then contact you with a quote to repair your unit.5. Once we have your approval and payment (including return shipping) we will repair the unit and ship it to you. If you decide not to have the unit repaired, you can have the unit scrapped here or pay for the return shipping; we will then ship the unit back to you.
