This is the original Altera DE1 University Program FPGA development board, manufactured by Terasic and built around the Cyclone II EP2C20 (20K Logic Elements) FPGA.
This exact board was used in accredited college and university digital logic, computer architecture, and embedded systems courses. It is no longer produced and is increasingly difficult to source in complete condition.
