Apply Angelus Clear Shoe Cement to both surfaces.**Allow to sit for 15 minutes to an hour before pressing together**Press both articles together firmly. Clamp both surfaces together an entire hour.Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before wearing. If cap is hard to open, use an adjustable wrench to open.
