Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic antique Reed & Barton sterling silver teaspoon in the highly coveted "Love Disarmed" pattern, originally designed by Gilbert L. Crowell Jr. in 1899. This is an early casting clearly stamped "PAT. APPLD. FOR" on the reverse neck alongside the classic Reed & Barton hallmarks (Eagle, R in shield, Lion) and "STERLING".Condition: Excellent antique condition with highly crisp, sculptural high-relief detail.
No monogram or engravings on the handle back. Shows a beautiful natural vintage patina.
