Fined potted vessels feature an elegant tapered form resting on a slightly footed rim decorated with traditional iron red dotted border. Each cup is adorned with two stylized geometric archaic key fret scroll handles heavily highlighted in rich gold gilding.Bodies are handpainted in brilliant polychrome enamel from the “Mandarin Pallete”Central reserves depict a classic courtyard scene filled with courtly figures, scholars, and ladies gathered in a fenced garden setting next to architectural Pavillion. The artwork is completely hand detailed with vibrant pink, green, iron red, and blue highlights.In strict keeping with the authentic 18th century export porcelain practices, the bases are completely bare, Blank and unmarked. The unglazed foot rings show a smooth pebble like wear texture with minor kiln iron spots and glazed undersides display the characteristic “orange peel” dimpled texture expected of genuine period wares.These pieces are in excellent overall condition.
