Antique 1915 German Automaton Doll Simon & Halbig 1294 Keywind Clock Flirty Eyes For Sale

This listing is for an antique German bisque doll recently found at a local estate sale. She was made for display by Simon & Halbig for Franz Schmidt in 1915 and features a clockwind mechanism in her head that moves her flirty eyes from side to side. Her socket style head is fine bisque with blue paperweight glass sleep eyes. She has painted upper and lower eyelashes and glossy brown multi-stroke eyebrows. Her lips are light pink with a faint red outline and she has two upper teeth. She has red accent dots in her nostrils, and she has rosy, pink cheeks. Her ears are not pierced and she comes with her original blonde human hair wig.
She has her original 5 piece bent leg composition body that is jointed at the shoulders and hips.
Also included is a light blue cotton dress with a peter pan collar that she was wearing when we found her. I don\'t believe it is original to the doll.
We took her to a local clock repair shop, and he took the clock mechanism apart and cleaned every piece and then rebuilt it. It is working perfectly and strongly.
She is marked \"1294 Germany 55 9\" on the back of her neck. Her body is stamped \"Heinrich Handwerck\" in red on the back. She stands 20\" tall.
Condition: There is a chip in her upper eyelid. See video and close up photos. The same eye does not close properly when she is in the sleep position.Her body is in poor condition. Her arms are discolored and a completely different shade than the rest of her body. I think they were repainted. Her torso and legs have a lot of cracks in the composition. She has broken fingers and chips in her toes. Her wig is a fright and needs TLC.
